CRITERIA

  • Member in good standing of the Columbia City Area Chamber of Commerce
  • Awarded for making a significant contribution to the quality of life in Columbia City and Whitley County thru community involvement, volunteerism, financial gifting, business expansion/growth and/or site improvements.
  • To give public recognition through local newspaper & chamber newsletter as well as signage and certificate
  • A business may receive the BOM award only once every 2 years
  • Nomination must be submitted by a member of the Chamber Ambassador Team
  • Nominations will be reviewed monthly by the Chamber Ambassador Team
  • These rules are subject to review by the Chamber Ambassador Team
